Airgas, an Air Liquide company, has completed the acquisition of TA Corporate Holdings, Inc (Tech Air), an independent distributor of industrial gases and welding supplies serving various geographies in the US.

Atlas Copco has acquired Class 1 Incorporated. The company offers design, manufacturing, installation, distribution and service of medical gas solutions in Canada.

Atlas Copco has acquired Woodward Compressor Sales, a distributor focused on sales and service of compressors and parts used for compressor service.

Quorum Software (Quorum), has entered into a definite agreement to acquire Houston-based Coastal Flow Measurement, Inc. (Coastal Flow).

I think I may have used this word in a short piece I wrote last week, but what a whirlwind of a week it has been for the industrial gases business.

Further to the news that Linde plc has completed its required divestitures in the US, the Messer Group has confirmed its joint venture with CVC Capital Partners has acquired the majority of Linde’s gases business...

Air Products has completed the acquisition of ACP Europe SA (ACP), the largest independent carbon dioxide (CO2) business in Continental Europe.

Linde plc today said it had completed certain required divestitures in the US and it will now fully integrate its business globally.

Atlas Copco has acquired Appleton Compressor Service and Supply, Inc. 

MATHESON, a wholly owned subsidiary of TNSC Group, has completed its acquisition of Linde’s divested HyCO business in the US.
