German gas technology specialist WITT has today unveiled one of the most powerful dome pressure regulators ever in the form of the 767LE/S.
The new product is the latest in a long line of pressure regulator products from the company and, WITT says, is based on its proven 757LE/S predecessor but provides a 3-inch connection for a DN80/100 flange.
With the 767LE/S WITT has also increased the flow rate threefold to a maximum of 17,000 Nm3/h – such a flow performance enables precise control within the limit range.
In contrast to other providers, WITT has opted for high-precision swivels, instead of brass casting. This ensures maximum safety and reliability, the company says. Although other manufacturers may have regulators made from machined parts in their portfolio, these will not be in the same performance range for all common gases, including oxygen, or in the same price segment.
