Witt-Gasetechnik has released a new oxygen (O2)/carbon dioxide (CO2) gas analyser.
Oxybaby®, a mobile measuring device for checking modified atmosphere packaging, is ideally suitable for small packaging, for instance the vials or blister packs typically used for medicines, Witt-Gasetechnik said.
The device takes six seconds to reliably determine the O2 content in packaging. The O2 value is displayed in 0.01% increments and it only needs 2 ml of test gas to ascertain the residual O2 content. As well as O2 content, the Oxybaby can optionally ascertain the CO2 concentration and calculate the nitrogen (N2) content.
