WITT-Gasetechnik has released a compact version of its Leak-Master Mapmax to detect leaks in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) in smaller food production factories.
Geared towards small-scale food production plants, the 46-inch long Mapmax Compact enables the automatic testing of an entire production volume on a single packaging line with up to 14 test cycles per minute.
The machine’s main advantage is its tiny footprint. At almost 28-inches shorter than its predecessor, WITT says its smaller installation dimensions makes the operation of the inline leak detection system possible for larger amount of end-users.
