Industrial gas products and services specialist Weldship is looking to open a new facility in Taiwan to expand its retest capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region.
As part of the company’s global expansion plans, the facility will support the retesting, maintenance, and certification of industrial gas cylinders for customers throughout Asia
Mike Arcieri, Vice-President of Sales, said the decision to expand into Taiwan reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in Asia and supporting the growing demand for industrial gas products and services.
“By establishing a local retest facility, we will be able to offer faster, more efficient service to our customers and continue to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.”
The expansion in Taiwan is also expected to create new jobs, enhance supply chain efficiency, and position Weldship as a strong provider of retesting services in the region.
Weldship’s investment in this new facility also aligns with its commitment to supporting sustainability efforts and complying with industry regulations.
