Earlier this month, when gasworld attended the opening of Hysytech’s new headquarters in the industrial area of Orbassano, Turin, Broadcast Journalist Tom Dee hosted a roundtable focused on the decarbonisation and sustainability of the industrial sector.
The roundtable detailed some of the many solutions that could support a circular economy, including biomethane, bio-LNG, CO2 chemistry and reuse, and hydrogen liquefaction.
gasworld sat down with Hysytech’s Andres Saldivia, Stirling Cryogenics’ Francesco Dioguardi, and Nippon Gases’ Angelica Cortinovis to dive deeper into each solution.
“It was a huge privilege to be invited to Turin by Hysytech for the inauguration event at their new facility – and to share the stage with three fantastic speakers,” Tom Dee said.
“On the ground, you really get a sense of the collaborative efforts between all of those involved, and I hope this was portrayed in the webinar we recorded on the day.”

Since partnering with Nippon Gases in 2022, Hysytech has actively supported industries across the globe in transitioning away from fossil fuels, reducing emissions, and achieving sustainability targets.
