Waga Energy will supply Air Liquide with three cryogenic distillation modules to separate methane from oxygen and nitrogen at two renewable natural gas (RNG) production plants currently under development in the US.
Confirming the order today (4th Feb), Waga Energy the modules will be connected to membrane filtration units manufactured by Air Liquide.
Two of the ordered cryogenic modules will equip Air Liquide’s largest ever biomethane production units in Illinois, US – a site which the industrial gas giant unveiled plans for on Thursday (5th Feb).
