The first vertically integrated cryogenic solutions provider in the Southeastern US has been formed as a result of VS Carbonics completing the acquistion of InCryo Stems.
VS Carbonics, Florida’s largest distributor of liquid nitrogen announced the transaction last week (30th Sep) to offer cryogenic solutions to a diverse portfolio of industries.
CEO Diosdado Vazquez’ vision is to develop The Cryo Group into the country’s leading cryogenic solutions provider by making it easier and simpler to do cryogenic business.
Under The Cryo Group umbrella, InCryo, Cryo Asset Management and VS Carbonics will be act as a one-stop shop for the cryogenic solutions market.
