The Linde Distributor Association (LDA) has held its 21st consecutive Annual Membership Meeting at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel in Orlando, Florida, providing an opportunity for LDA members to share business improvement ideas and to network with vendors.
During the general session, Bob VanKirk, Linde LLC’s Head of Distributors for US Packaged Gas Products and Caribbean, updated members on Linde’s supply chain and updated attendees on the Tier One corporation’s plans to build a new air separation unit (ASU) in the Southeast.
The new, large-scale ASU, which represents a total investment of $40m, will serve to manufacture products in the Southern Georgia/Northern Florida region. An exact commissioning date was not revealed.
