Universal Marine Medical Supply International (Unimed) has unveiled its expanded range of maritime medical oxygen solutions with an enhanced digital offering.
The newly launched medO2 range is a subscription-based oxygen service integrated into Unimed’s withstanding medScale+© digital platform. It enables vessels to manage and monitor both current and future onboard oxygen supplies.
Over 6,500 vessels globally utilise the medScale+platform.
Søren Andersen, CEO of Unimed, said the addition of med02 will make it easier for maritime operators to maintain compliance with International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) medical oxygen requirements.
