The Linde Group is selling its 4.6ha Sockburn site in New Zealand, but will lease back part of it for another 15 years.
The 18,000 square meter property is occupied by BOC, a member of The Linde Group, which supplies compressed and bulk gases, chemicals and equipment around the globe.
This change at its site in Sockburn, Christchurch has come as a result of increased efficiencies, with BOC now only requiring part of the property.
BOC plans to take a new 15-year lease on the site, giving potential buyers the opportunity to gain a holding income of $280,000 per annum net rental.
