At the end of this calendar year, Cyl-Tec world have officially completed its third year as a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP). An ESOP is essentially a benefit plan that enables employees to gain ownership of the shares in the company, which continue to increase in value every year.
Here, in the latest installment of gasworld’s 12 Days of Content series, we speak to Elliott Levine, Director of Products and Sales of Cyl-Tec. Here, he tells us more about being an ESOP and how is helping its employees learn more about the employee benefit plan.
