Tech Air announced today that it has acquired not one, but two US-based welding companies: Ravena Welding Supply in New York, and Hereford Welding Supply from Texas.
This will be the 16th and 17th add-on for the Connecticut-based company, under the ownership of CI Capital Partners and Tech Air Management, further expanding its presence the Northeast of the US whilst establishing hubs throughout the rest of North America.
The acquisition of Ravena grows Tech Air’s presence in New York, a state in which the company has operated since 1935. And Hereford is the fourth procurement that Tech Air has completed in Texas during the last 18 months, creating a substantial presence for the company in that region.
