The intricate details of climbing Mount Everest and the rapid growth of a company that specialises in cylinder tracking were outlined during the 2010 Southeastern regional meeting for the Gases and Welding Distributors Association (GAWDA).
The event, hosted by CryoVation, drew more than 50 manufacturers and distributors from around the country.
The attendees also were treated to a barbecue at CryoVation’s headquarters the evening before the conference, and an afternoon of golf under sunny skies capped off the annual event.
Lloyd Robinson, President of Awisco and President Elect of GAWDA, opened the meeting with updates on the organisation’s activities and benefits.
