SFC Energy AG (SFC Energy), a provider of hydrogen and methanol fuel cells for stationary and mobile hybrid power solutions, is bolstering its successful collaboration with Swiss mobility company Auto AG Group (Auto AG).
This extended partnership encompasses direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) from the EFOY series and EFOY lithium batteries, catering to consumer (motor homes and marine) and industrial segments.
As a result, Auto AG is becoming the exclusive distributor for EFOY fuel cells in Switzerland, venturing into the small and compact equipment market. Previously, their cooperation centred on the development of the mobile and emission-free hydrogen fuel cell solution, H2Genset, jointly developed with Austrian firm TEST-FUCHS GmbH.
SFC’s methanol-based EFOY and EFOY Pro fuel cells offer autonomous electricity production, unaffected by weather conditions or the time of day. According to the company, these fuel cell variants are highly fuel-efficient, quiet, and occupy minimal space.
