Scottish ferry owner Caledonian Maritime Assets has placed an order for two innovative LNG bunkering facilities.
To be located at the Port of Uig on the Isle of Skye and the Port of Ardrossan on the Firth of Clyde, the facilities will enable two new vessels to be fuelled with LNG, when completed.
The bunkering solutions will be designed and delivered by KC LNG, Kosan Crisplant’s division under MAKEEN Energy dedicated to LNG solutions.
