Royal Helium has signed a mutli-year helium supply agreement for the remaining capacity of its Steveville helium processing facility in Alberta, Canada.
Signed with a private North American corporation, the deal represents approximately 50% of the Steveville capacity and is priced at $625/mcf, net of all transportation and liquefaction costs.
The contract is the second multi-year, fixed process offtake agreement for the helium exploration, production, and infrastructure company.
In August (2022), Royal Helium signed a long-term supply agreement with a North American space launch company.
