Thomas Farrell, President and CEO of Engineered Controls International, released a statement to customers, suppliers, and service providers on December 3 alerting them to the news, noting that the company expects the move “will present many positive opportunities for all of us as we move forward.”

Farrell conveyed that both the RegO and Goddard lines will continue to be produced and serviced at the highest quality that customers “have come to expect from our company and all of its employees.” He also noted that Engineered Controls International’s current management team will continue to lead the company moving forward.
