The UK Carbon Capture and Storage Research Centre (UKCCSRC) is inviting interested parties to register for ‘CCS in the Bigger Picture’, the UKCCSRC’s next Biannual Meeting.
The meeting will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of April 2014 at Queens College, University of Cambridge and will be co-hosted by the Energy Policy Research Group (EPRG) and Cambridge Centre for Carbon Capture & Storage (C4S).
The meeting will include presentations from Professor Myles Allen, Professor of Geosystem Science, University of Oxford; Dr Angela Whelan, CEO, Ecofin Foundation and Baroness Bryony Worthington, Shadow Spokesperson (Energy and Climate Change).
In addition to the plenary sessions, delegates will have the opportunity to participate in technical parallel sessions across the Centre’s three main research areas – Capture, Storage and Cross-cutting issues. These sessions are:
