UK-based PX3 Partners has agreed to acquire engineered air moving solutions specialist Cofimco from Chart Industries.
Headquartered in Italy, Cofimco designs and manufacturers axial cooling fans and related services. The company’s products are deployed in a wide range of end markets, including energy and power generation, and LNG.
Chart Industries said it will remain a customer of Cofimco following the transaction.
