Shandong Meditech Technology has announced that Ausmedi, its branch company in Australia, has provided a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation system to one of the largest and most modern animal emergency centres in Melbourne.
The scope of supply for the newly completed Ringwood Vet Emergency centre includes a model MD-10 on-site oxygen generation system capable of delivering up to 10 litres of oxygen per minute and a scavenge system, together with the manifold piping system.
A company statement emphasised that it is the largest and the most complex single system for such service in Australia and also a showcase project for Ausmedi. It will provide a secure and stable oxygen supply and at the same time, cut the costs of purchasing, delivering and monitoring oxygen.
The company has provided similar systems to many other veterinary clinics and hospitals around the world, as well as the Ocean Park in Hong Kong.
