Praxair has been named to the DiversityInc 2018 list of Noteworthy Companies for Diversity for the third consecutive year.
This distinction is awarded to companies that have shown continued momentum in diversity and inclusion practices. Companies were reviewed based on their performance in four target areas: Talent Pipeline, Talent Development, Leadership Accountability and Supplier Diversity.
“We are proud to have received this distinction for the third year in a row,” said Praxair Chief Diversity Officer Vanessa Abrahams-John. “This award represents our continued commitment to diversity and inclusion. We work hard to create an environment that celebrates and leverages different ideas to drive business success.”
The company was also recognised by the 2018 Corporate Equality Index with a perfect score of 100% and designated a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality. Additionally, the company was named to Bloomberg’s 2018 Gender Equality Index and Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens List™ for 2018.
