Sheffield-based manufacturing company President Engineering Group Ltd (PEGL) has won two prestigious International Trade Awards at the Insider Yorkshire International Trade Awards.
The judging panel chose PEGL as the winner for the SME Manufacturer’s Award due to its continuous growth in export sales over the past three years, which now make up 88% of its business.
The company won the Grand Prix award, for which all winners are entered, as the judging panel identified the strength and overall quality of PEGL’s award entry.
PEGL was established in 2010 through a management buyout from the Flow Group involving the Conflow and Bestobell Valves businesses. Bestobell is an internationally renowned manufacturer and distributor of cryogenic valves for use in the industrial gas and LNG industries.
