Ozarc Gas & Equipment, a member of Meritus Gas Partners, has acquired the forklift cylinder exchange assets from Paragould, Arkansas-based Island Energy.
Island Energy offers propane services, including tank exchanges and rentals, to businesses throughout Northeast Arkansas. Ozarc’s purchase of the cylinder exchange assets will help the business better serve the propane market in Paragould.
In addition to the business expansion, Ozarc has also promoted Jeff Rogers as Propane Services Manager for the Paragould market.
