Noble Helium Limited (Noble) has announced the spudding of Mbelele-1 with Marriot Rig #16 at the company’s North Rukwa Helium Project in Tanzania.
The Marriott Rig #16, equipped with integrated SLB services equipment, has received insurance certification and transitioned into the operational phase having commenced drilling of the inaugural well, Mbelele-1, at the project.
Justyn Wood, CEO and Co-Founder of Noble Helium, lauded the collaborative efforts that made this achievement possible, including the contributions of Noble’s team, the Marriott Group, SLB Services, local suppliers, workers, and the Tanzanian government.
