Memphis-based nexAir has acquired Air Liquide liquid CO2 and dry ice facilities in Millington, Tennessee.
Just weeks after merging its branches with those of Praxair Distribution Southeast, nexAir has announced that the company has acquired Air Liquide’s liquid CO2 and dry ice facilities in Tennessee.
While not as sizable an acquisition as the 25 branches that the Praxair deal added – MDM reports it will result in five employees – it will see nexAir spinoff a new subsidiary, nexAir Carbonic, as they continue to strengthen their position in an increasingly active Southeast US and in the wake of last month’s gargantuan deal between Air Liquide and Airgas.
