At a time when dry ice producers, distributors and equipment manufacturers are bracing themselves for a spike in demand, nexAir has acquired the business operations and customers of Marietta Dry Ice.
The Memphasis-based company today (1st Dec) announced the acquisition which it will result in the gain several hundred dry ice customers.
Marietta Dry Ice’s business operations will now be taken over by nexAir who will continue to serve customers from its existing locations.
Commenting on the acquisition, Bill Proctor, nexAir’s President, said, “We are excited about the addition of the Marietta Dry Ice customers to the nexAir family and being a full-service provider to these customers to support all areas of their businesses.”
