nexAir has entered into an agreement to acquire Logan Hagan Welding Supply, a Statesboro, Georgia-based supplier of industrial and medical gases and welding supplies.
Formalising the news on Monday (13th Dec), the Memphis-based gas, welding and operational services company said the transaction is expected to close by the end of the year.
Once the acquisition is finalised, Logan Hagan customers will be service by nexAir without any disruption or delay of service. Current employees of Logan Hagan will join the nexAir team.
