Carbon Clean Solutions Limited (CCSL), a carbon dioxide (CO2) separation technology innovator, has grown its management team in a move to expand into the natural gas industry.
The carbon capture company has appointed Will Shimer as General Manager, North America and Middle East, who brings over 15 years of commercial and technical experience within the oil and gas and chemicals industries to CCSL.
Under his new role, Shimer will be responsible for the business and operations, with a focus on driving the sales growth of licensed technology and consumables for carbon separation within the natural gas, renewable gas and syngas markets. He will also work on developing carbon capture opportunities.
Shimer, who has previously held roles at both Air Products and Honeywell UOP, enthused about his new post, stating, “CCSL is an innovative, exciting company with excellent potential for expansion and growth, and I’m looking forward to working with the team to bring CCSL’s ground-breaking technology to more markets and customers.”
