Air Liquide has announced plans for a new air separation plant in Russia.
The proposed project is to construct and operate the on-site plant in order to upgrade the quality and reliability of oxygen and other industrial gases. It will be a joint venture between JSC Severstal and Air Liquide with Severstal ensuring a long-term off-take for produced oxygen and other industrial gases and Air Liquide providing managerial and technical knowledge.
