H2 Mobility Deutschland, along with its shareholders Shell and Linde, has opened a hydrogen filling station in Handewitt, Germany.
The station is the first in the German federal state of Schleswig-Holstein and marks the 71st hydrogen station in Germany. The country aims to have 100 hydrogen stations by the turn of the year 2019/2020.
The facility is equipped with the Linde IC90 compressor and holds around 200 kilograms of hydrogen – enough to refuel 40-50 vehicles a day.
