CVD Equipment Corporation has appointed Emmanuel Lakios to the newly-created position of Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.
Lakios possesses more than three decades of experience serving the semiconductor, data storage and optical device industries. He also holds several patents in the field of process equipment and device structure.
Under his new role, Lakios is expected to help grow the New York-based company’s sales and distribution network and further its strategy to increase CVD’s overall growth through internal development and external acquisitions.
He added that he was ‘thrilled’ with the opportunity and said, “I have been following CVD for quite a while and am looking forward to being a part of the management team that will propel CVD to reach its unlimited growth potential.”
