US-based NuMat Technologies has welcomed William Noglows, the Chairman and former CEO of Cabot Microelectronics, to its Board of Directors.
Noglows is a 35-year veteran of the specialty chemical industry and has held executive leadership positions at Cabot Corporation prior to becoming CEO. He also serves as a Director at Littelfuse and Aspen Aerogels.
Speaking about the appointment, NuMat’s CEO and Co-Founder, Ben Hernandez, said, “We are thrilled to have Bill join our board. His leadership in building pre-eminent, market leading technology organisations will be an invaluable asset as NuMat accelerates its global footprint.”
Noglows previously served as a board advisor to NuMat Technologies.
