In little over three months the Middle Eastern industrial gas community and its international friends will congregate for the second conference of its kind. According to gasworld Marketing and Events Manager, Katie Hill, sponsorship slots are filling fast.
The Middle East Industrial Gas Conference 2011 entitled, ‘Balancing growth and investment,’ is scheduled to take place between 5th and 7th December at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. It marks gasworld’s third foray into the region, where in 2007 the firm witnessed unparalleled success at its debut Middle East event and again in 2009, when it set out to tackle pressing issues for our industry in Abu Dhabi.
The 2011 agenda promises to reflect the significant changes undergone in the region; from a wealth increase of $500m to the instigation of a plethora of new projects. “The main themes for our third conference in the middle east have been specifically tailored to mirror the most prescient issues in this flourishing region,” said Hill.
“Focus for the two conference days will be divided across four main themes. Delegates will consider drivers for growth in the region, as well as current and future gas markets, information about gas supply options, in addition to the gas operations that impact on profitability. In essence we aim to provide a ‘101’ of ways in which the sector might balance growth with investment in this most dynamic of economies.”
