Messer will once again supply helium for the balloons at the 97th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, one of New York City’s most beloved events.
The major industrial and medical gas company will help keep the balloons aloft and bring some popular characters to life.
Chris Ebeling, Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for the US Bulk Business at Messer Americas, said, “We’re so very pleased to uphold the tradition of supplying Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. We look forward to seeing families rejoice when the balloons make their way through the streets of New York.”
Messer’s helium begins its journey at the company’s plant in Otis, Kansas, where it is refined and liquefied before being transported to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where Messer operates a helium trans-fill facility.
