McPhy, the specialist in production and hydrogen storage equipment, today received the Award Enternext IPO of 2014. The prize was awarded by a jury of six independent experts to occasion of the fourth annual conference of the stock market.
Listed since March 19th, 2014 in compartment C of Euronext Paris, McPhy raised €32m in a capital increase that has attracted considerable interest from institutional investors as individuals. The request had been for more than €207m (including €180m for the Global Placement and €27.5m for the Open Price Offer). About 10,000 shareholders participated in the operation.
McPhy was accompanied by Bryan Garnier (Global Coordinator, Lead and Bookrunner) Portzamparc (Co-Leader), Kahn & Associés (Legal Advice) and Calyptus (Financial Communication).
