McPhy Energy has been awarded the call for tender by the Valence Romans Sud Rhône-Alpes intercommunity authority for its first hydrogen refuelling station.
The facility in Valence becomes the fourth hydrogen refuelling station that McPhy Energy has been awarded since August, following previous stations in Lyon, Sarreguemines and Paris.
The station will be equipped with McPhy Energy’s modular solution for the hydrogen mobility market (McFilling®), a solution designed to supply a fleet of light utility vehicles for the intercommunity authorities, as well as for 10 private operators.
It will be installed near the Valence-TGV station in Rovaltain, with two business parks housing regional technical departments and numerous service sector companies. The station is scheduled to be operational by the end of the year (2015).
