This year marked Matheson Tri-Gas’ 50th year exhibiting at Pittcon, a major milestone of participation at the premier conference and exposition for laboratory science.
The 2009 conference was held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois from 9th – 12th March, with Matheson Tri-Gas’ landmark achievement not passing by unnoticed by the event’s organisers.
A Pittcon press conference prior to the event saw Edward P. Ladner, Jr., President of 2009 Pittcon, present a commemorative plaque to Mary Smickenbecker, Corporate Vice President Marketing for Matheson Tri-Gas.
Accepting the plaque on behalf of the company, Smickenbecker commented, “It’s such a great honour to be recognised by Pittcon on this accomplishment. We are excited to be celebrating this major milestone. Matheson Tri-Gas has been a major player in the laboratory science market for more than 80 years.”
