Matheson has successfully acquired the assets and business of US Airweld, Inc., based in Phoenix, AZ and with operations located throughout Arizona and New Mexico.
The acquired business will become a part of the Matheson’s Packaged Gas Division and will improve the company’s existing business in Phoenix, Tucson, and Albuquerque as well as expand that network to new parts of both states.
William J. Kroll, chairman and CEO of Matheson, is optimistic about business in the region following the deal. He said, “We are truly pleased to welcome US Airweld as part of the Matheson Team. Expanding our business in both states, this acquisition complements our operations and will provide benefits to our customers throughout Arizona and New Mexico.”
