MAN Cryo has installed an LNG fuel system aboard an Italian ferry.
The system, installed by MAN Energy Solutions’ marine LNG fuel-gas-system manufacturer, will supply gas to the ferry’s three dual-fuel propulsion engines.
MAN Cryo supplies a vacuum-insulated type C tank; TCS with airlock, valves, piping and vapourisation equipment; bunkering station; heat-exchanger unit; and a freestanding control and emergency shut-down system.
