Industrial gas distributor Maine Oxy has acquired welding products supplier Strate Welding Supply in a move that will strengthen its customer service in the eastern US.
Founded in 1951, Strate Welding Supply has 13 locations across Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New York. The company’s products include filler metals, industrial gases, plasma welding equipment, and air cleaning equipment.
As part of this transition, all current employees of Strate Welding Supply will join the Maine Oxy team.
