MagneGas Corporation, a Florida-based waste-to-energy company, has further augmented its footprint in the South Eastern state after signing a lease to open another facility for its subsidiary Equipment Sales and Services, Inc. (ESSI).
The new facility, located in Sarasota, will represent the fourth location for ESSI and seeks to further expand its distribution and service of the company’s products across Florida.
The new lease means that ESSI, a full line distributor of welding gases, tools, equipment and safety products, will now be able to directly distribute MagneGas’ hydrogen (H2) based fuel MagneGas2®.
Ermanno Santilli, CEO of the US business, stated, “Right on the heels of opening a facility in our third location in Florida, we had the opportunity to expand further into this fourth location and we acted quickly.”
