Lynn Horak has joined Matheson as director of Sustainable Marketing for the Corporate Marketing Group based in Montgomeryville, PA. In this role, Horak will be responsible for the development of marketing programs in support of the ongoing business activities.
Horak brings more than 25 years of experience in specialty gases and electronic materials. Her most recent position was at MEECO, Inc./Tiger Optics, LLC as director of Marketing. She was responsible for new product launches, website development, and advertising.
According to Mary Smickenbecker, vice-president, Corporate Marketing, “When we created the position of director, Sustainable Marketing, we were hoping to find either someone with a track record of success in the gas and materials business, or someone with a history of success in responding to the real needs of real customers in a technology environment. With Lynn, we found both; Lynn’s experience in the gas business, coupled with her record of focusing on customer solutions, makes her a great fit in the Matheson Marketing Team.”
