Indonesia is to host its first ever gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) centric summit and exhibition. The Gas Indonesia Summit and Exhibition (GIS) will take place at the Shangri-La Jakarta, Indonesia from 15 to 17 March 2016.
Set to spark conversations on the energy sector in Indonesia, GIS will serve as a holistic platform for regional and international energy players to exchange insights and industry trends moving ahead. Investment and infrastructure development opportunities across the region will also be hot topics discussed during the three-day summit.
“With the Indonesian government’s recent gas development plans, it not only affects the domestic market, but future investments and developments in the gas pipeline, import and export facilities. This provides a great avenue for industry thought leaders to come to together to share how they can work together to further the gas agenda in Indonesia and beyond.
