Linde will deliver vital medical oxygen to a pop-up hospital at an airfield providing support for nearly 200 coronavirus patients near Munich, Germany.
Located in Erding, near Munich, the field hospital is housed in two large lightweight construction halls at the local air force base.
The makeshift hospital has capacity for 160 coronavirus patients and will be served with an oxygen supply system containing 14,000 litres of medical gas.
Just days after Germany eased its lockdown restrictions, official data from Robert Koch Institute (RKI) has shown coronavirus cases are on the rise.
