Linde has been recognised for diversity, equity, and inclusion on Fair360’s top 50 companies list, which identifies large US employers that demonstrate workplace fairness.
The recognition marks the industrial gas giant’s first year as a designated top 50 company. Previously, Linde had been recognised as a “noteworthy company”.
In 2024, 160 employers with around 7.3 million US employees were evaluated.
Michelle Loo, Chief Diversity Officer at Linde, said, “We strive to create an environment that treats all employees with respect, supports new ideas, encourages development and embraces inclusivity.”
