Linde North America LLC has announced that it has purchased the assets and business of Transfill Equipment Supplies and Services (TESS), Inc., a supplier of medical oxygen and cylinder testing and repair services to healthcare providers in the Southeast region of the US.
Headquartered in Gallatin, Tennessee, The TESS Company also has facilities in Memphis, Chattanooga and Knoxville, as well as Cave City, Kentucky. Its primary services include medical oxygen transfilling and cylinder requalifying and repair.
Chris Ebeling, Vice-President Sales and Marketing for Linde North America, Inc., said, “The purchase of The TESS Company is in line with Linde’s commitment to expand our reach to meet customers’ needs and to invest for growth in the Americas.”
The TESS Company acquisition follows Linde’s recent purchase of The Service Center LLC, a similar company serving customers in the Midwest and Southeast regions of the US.
