In forming a new partnership, Linde Healthcare and Care Innovations® have joined forces to globally expand their remote patient management (RPM) services.
The Tier One corporation chose the US-based company’s RPM solution Health Harmony, which simplifies remote management by providing intuitive and east-to-use technology, to extend its current remote management services across its global base.
The two corporations will cooperate in building a global RPM system based on Care Innovations’ existing technology infrastructure and Linde’s homecare services, with the ultimate aim of bridging the gap between clinical care and managing homecare patients.
As such, the collaboration will modify a combination of homecare, patient management and logistic services, clinical programme development, and hardware and software to engage patient self-management.
