The Linde Distributor Association (LDA) recently held its annual meeting at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, attended by 178 people.
The LDA annual meeting provides the opportunity for members to share ideas for business improvement and to network with preferred vendors. Established in 1993, LDA enables its independent gases and equipment distributor members to leverage their purchasing power to achieve volume discounts and earn rebates from equipment suppliers.
Mark Falconer, Co-Chair of the LDA and President of Minneapolois Oxygen, enthused, “The LDA remains strong and vibrant and we are looking forward to building on our success in 2018.
Bob VanKirk, Head of Distributors, Packaged Gases & Caribbean, Linde LLC, provided progress on investments in the Linde supply chain during a special owner’s day session at the meeting. Also at the annual meeting, LDA members were updated on Linde’s strategic initiatives and heard from 36 select vendors through presentations and breakout sessions.
