Linde is preparing for its last trading day on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) following an announcement made last year that it planned to delist from the DAX index – a stock market index consisting of the 40 major German blue chip companies trading on the FSE.
The decision was approved by shareholders after the company’s Board of Directors submitted a proposal to vote on an ‘intercompany reorganisation’ that would result in the delisting of Linde shares from the exchange.

Having announced yesterday (23rd Feb) that the Irish High Court hearings regarding the reorganisation are scheduled for 27th Feb, Linde stated that – once reorganisation is approved by the Court – it expects its last trading day on the FSE to be 28th Feb, 2023.
